Led and co-led five virtual, in-person, and hybrid conferences for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Women’s Health. Work included all client management, planning, execution, communications, and reporting activities, totaling 800+ participants. Developed unique branding and look/feel for each conference, designed breakout room structures and content, led planning meetings, coached team members, deployed creative problem solving, and built project plans. Across all five conferences, designed and implemented template materials to provide a consistent corporate approach to conference management.
