Led a team of four to support the project management of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Records Management Office. Support included client management, team management and coaching, drafting and publishing communications to records management officers across DHS, reviewing training materials, updating internal websites, and coordinating and executing all activities for the two-day DHS Records and Information Management (RIM) Symposium. Led the coordination of the Symposium, including drafting all communications, developing a conference look/feel, building materials templates, liaising with speakers from DHS and the National Archives, and acting as the lead for the virtual event.
